Marc Fink
General Manager
Marc joins Huckletree from the wonderful world of hospitality and is passionate about all things ‘food and beverage’ and great service. After years working across Europe he’s finally returned to his roots in Manchester to help deliver great service to the Ancoats community. Need to know the latest cool restaurant opening in town? Ask away!
Alastair Regan
Membership Manager
Alastair has worked in the industry for a little while now, and was eventually lured to Huckletree earlier in 2021 (we get them all eventually!) He lives by the mandate that variety is the spice of life, and can be found cheering on his beloved Blackburn Rovers, taking in a performance at the theatre, or singing in his local choral group. Superpower: secret virtuoso

Community Associate
Melissa is an all-round creative with a passion for people! Before Huckletree, she was Creative Manager at WEARECOW and also has a degree in Graphic Design + Art Direction. You'll usually find her chatting to members and putting on killer events at Huckletree Ancoats. Superpower: Epic events insider.
Will Taylor
Community Associate
Born & raised in Hull, Will came to the 0161 to study music at uni. Since then he’s had a varied career, from teaching samba music with NCS and planning events with Manchester Jazz Festival to consulting on business growth for members of Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce. You’ll find Will at Front of House - pop along and say hi! Superpower: makes the tastiest focaccia ever
