We'll manage the whole process to save your team the hassle. Once you move in, we'll take on all responsibility of day-to-day management of your workspace, giving you flexibility with no surprise add-ons.
Have a vision for your new HQ? Our design process is 100% collaborative. You’ll have complete interior design autonomy, which means we can customise your space completely in line with your brand aesthetic and add in exciting, creative extras, too.

Rest assured your office will be COVID-secure from day one. Our spaces are COVID safety certified and our experienced team will manage all health and safety protocols including cleaning to ensure your team are prepared for the new world of work.
As your workspace partner, we’ll manage the whole process including sourcing the right space, procurement, build, workspace design and day-to-day managed services by our Community team.
No fit out costs, business rates or upfront fees involved with a traditional private lease. One monthly fee will cover everything from build and move in and ongoing services including WiFi, Managed Reception, Facility Management, Cleaning Services and more, with no surprise add ons!
